Features

Mix proportion
Light: White cracking paste 70-100% + Clear cracking paste 0-30% + pigment ?% + fixing agent 2%
Deep: White cracking paste 20-30% + Clear cracking paste 70-80% + pigment ?% + fixing agent 2%
Printing process
1. Printing with clear cracking paste ( for underbase) for 1-2 times
2. Mixing with white cracking paste, clear cracking paste, pigment, fixing agent and stirring them evenly.
3. Printing again for 2-3 times (3-4 scrapes per time).
4. Drying the paste surface with cold air, it will be cracked by itself after it’s dry.
5. Hot pressing the printing for about 5 seconds with 150℃ to make it better adhesion.
6. Finish.
Attentions
1. Thick screen is suggested for the best effect (print for 1 time only). If with thin screen, please printing for 2-3 times, and blow the paste surface with cold air to dry it fast and re-printing before it’s cracked.
2. Please take the fabric up after it’s completely cracked, otherwise it’s won’t be cracked naturally.
3. More clear and thinner the paste is , thinner the crack is.
4. The pigment can not be exceeded in 12%, otherwise it'll be easily faded.

工艺流程
1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印，先用龟裂打底透明浆打底+固化剂印1-2次,
第一板用力刮4-6刀，
2. 将龟裂白胶浆，透明浆，色浆，固化剂搅拌均匀印2-3次（每次刮3-4刀）
3. 自然干燥爆裂（要在台板上面自然爆裂，要使用粘性好的台板胶，靠张力去自然爆裂的）
4. 起布（必须完全爆裂后才能起布，因为起布后不会再自然爆裂）
注意事项
1. 龟裂浆一定要配打底透明浆使用，否则易脱落且没有弹力；
2. 若胶浆印前太稠可加水，切勿加固浆以免影响爆裂效果；
3. 建议晒厚网印龟裂浆,一次印够色为最佳.若用薄网印刷,请用冷风吹浆层的表面,在浆层还没有裂开之前返印；(裂纹的大小与多少可以在龟裂白和龟裂透明的互配比例和印出来的浆层厚薄控制,龟裂透明比例越多和印出来的浆层越薄它的裂纹就越细,反之它的裂纹越粗。
4.起布之后建议过热压烫一下，防止翘边。
